WHO I HELP
I'm passionate about helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, ADHD-related challenges, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, emotional and behavioral concerns, and significant life transitions.
Your child may be struggling with emotional regulation, behavior, friendships, or self-esteem.
You may be an adolescent or adult carrying anxiety, stress, or difficult life experiences, and ready to understand how they shape your emotions, relationships, and patterns.
I also welcome clients who wish to explore difficult or distressing life experiences and better understand how their personal histories may influence their present emotions, beliefs, relationships, and behavioral patterns. I approach these conversations with compassion and sensitivity, prioritizing each client's comfort and readiness while supporting greater self-awareness and healthier ways of coping.
Whether I'm supporting a child in developing emotional regulation skills, an adolescent navigating identity and relationships, or an adult working through anxiety, stress, or challenging life experiences, I aim to help clients recognize their strengths and develop the skills needed to move forward.

Counseling Philosophy
I take a collaborative, person-centered approach to counseling, recognizing that every individual brings unique experiences, strengths, relationships, and perspectives into the therapeutic process. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable exploring their concerns.
Counseling Approach
My clinical approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused interventions, and motivational interviewing techniques to help clients better understand the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through these approaches, I support clients in identifying unhelpful patterns, strengthening coping and emotional regulation skills, building confidence, and developing practical strategies to navigate everyday challenges.
I tailor interventions to each client's developmental stage, presenting concerns, and treatment goals, recognizing that therapeutic approaches should be responsive to the individual rather than follow a one-size-fits-all model. I believe effective counseling begins with a strong therapeutic relationship and an individualized approach that honors each client's needs, strengths, and personal goals.

Why I Do This Work
I view counseling as a collaborative process in which clients can build self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.
My Professional Background
In addition to my clinical counseling practice, I work full-time as a school counselor, bringing experience supporting children and adolescents with emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, social relationships, self-esteem, and developmental challenges. My background gives me a strong foundation for understanding the individual, social, and environmental factors that influence emotional well-being across the lifespan.
